▷ Accountability
- Responsible for Performance Material(PM) business and sales team in Korea
- Lead and guide PM sales group in Korea
- Manage existing business to achieve and exceed profit objectives
- Work closely with marketing to identify and develop new application and business opportunities
- Manage distributors
▷ Qualification
- More than seven years experience in sales and marketing
- Working experience on Automotive Industry would be preferred.
- Strong commitment and getting result
- Strong Leadership
- Good interpersonal skill
- Networking and communication skill
- Good command of English writing and speaking skills
- Willingness to travel within Korea and abroad
